Specific Duties were to contact and recruit independent sales agents, value added resellers (VARs), and distributors.  I would perform product and technology training, setup VPN access to UCS central server that served up our CRM solution (GOLDMINE 6.0) and maintain the CRM Database, run sales analysis, set up custom screens, import lead databases, synchronization, automated processes, and other misc. functions such as developing marketing campaigns and integrating them into GOLDMINE.

Technologies engineered and deployed included: WAN, LAN, VPN, SAN/NAS (Disaster Recovery),VoIP, Wireless, Security (FW/IDS/Penetration Testing/Virus Protection/etc.) & network management. Resale carrier technologies (Switched Carrier, Internet, Hosting, Bundled Services)

Developed relationships with the technical community throughout North Texas & Southern California.  Developed a partnership channel that fostered $12.5 million in personal sales and over $30 million for the division.
